Easter

Our newsletter editor found a poem by M. S. Lowndes for our April Newsletter, which I think encompasses the Season of Easter for this year quite well. In some ways it is a follow up to the Easter Hallelujah song that was making the rounds last year. The poem encourages us to lay our troubles, ill health or weariness in the hands of our Lord, and reminds us that as long as we place our hope in God, through Jesus Christ, we can come through the tough times, including the ongoing COVID 19 environment in our society today.
I encourage you all to read the poem on the front page of our April Newsletter and hope you can all take away something from the poet’s words.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

We hope you have a Safe & Happy Easter
